EILEEN PIERSA
Certified Family Coach, Parent Educator, Organization Development Consultant Eileen started her career with a degree in Family Life Education. Her first job was working in a shelter for victims of family violence. In subsequent years she was a volunteer for a hotline for rape and domestic violence victims, served on a Mental Health Board and YWCA Board and continues to be an advocate for families.
Eileen bridged her career into business with a degree in Organization Development working in companies such as Rockwell, Westinghouse, and as VP of Operations for Jenny Craig.
She and Steve started their own consulting and marketing business in 1987. Eileen has always enjoyed teaching and conducting parent education workshops over the years and realizes that many of the skills she teaches in organizations are the same skills she teaches in her parenting classes. The mother of two children ages 18 and almost 21, Eileen’s passion is in working with parents and children to learn, grow, and cooperate in building a safer and more loving world.
